  Dunkin' Donuts is always excellent, but unfortunately, this location always seems understaffed during the busiest hours in the morning. The drivethru associates seem to rush and thus confuse my order more often than not; parking and ordering inside is better if you have the time.

  Nicely nestled on Rodi road, Penn Hills Dunkin Donuts is in a great, high volume location. My experiences there have been decent so far. The customer interaction has been shoddy at times but for the vast majority of the time, employees are welcoming and nail my orders. I do have one major complaint....The must put laxatives in their coffee because once I take 2 sips, its already coming out of me like a volcano ready to erupt

  I listen to these people complain about too few staff, the Times I've been there they had 5 workers. Once of the nicest places DD has. An all around great place, keep it up guys.

  Some are very good but not all. Many messed up drinks alot. A smell of sour milk added to employees using bad language. If little ones best stick to the drive thur. Evening seems best.
